Market Research
Compared to other countries, the fitness market in Taiwan has plenty of room for growth. The market is still relatively underdeveloped compared to mature markets such as the United States, Europe, and South Korea, and there is a huge potential for further expansion.
Barriers
SMART Fitness is a special segment of our startup that offers professional sports courses and lower costs for starting exercise. It stands out from traditional gyms, sport clubs, and KOLs on social media due to its focus on research and professional training. The sports courses at SMART Fitness are based on faculty research and led by trained professionals, providing a structured and reliable resource for those looking to get involved in sports and exercise. SMART Fitness also partners with the College of Sport and Recreation at NTNU, allowing for coaches from the college to be involved in its sports courses and providing opportunities for NTNU students to gain hands-on experience as coaches.
